One Great Gift Card

The "One Great Gift Card" is a Visa® prepaid gift card and can be purchased at the Cascade Mall Guest Services Center. One Great Gift Card features:

* They are redeemable everywhere Visa® debit cards are accepted.
* Non-denominated, purchased for any amount from $20 to $500.
* Includes FREE greeting card.
* $2 purchase fee applies per card.
* Cards are ready to use upon purchase.
* Balances can be easily checked by:

** At Guest Services - FREE
** Toll-Free Number- First Call is FREE, $.50 per call thereafter.
* Cards can be replaced if lost or stolen.

There are two Bank of America ATM's at Cascade Mall. One is located at the North end of the center next to the Food Court and the other on the south end of the mall located by the children's play area.

Public phones can be found in the south end of the mall infront of Macy's Mens, Kids and Home store.

24-hour Professional

Security Services

The Macerich Company and Cascade Mall are committed to providing our guests with a safe, and secure shopping environment by providing 24-hour professional security services.

To enhance your safety, Cascade Mall has uniformed Security Officers patrolling the interior and exterior of the Mall. Guests are encouraged to contact a Security Officer for any questions, concerns, or if in need of assistance (i.e. jump starts, safety/security escorts.)

Cascade Mall Security Officers are trained in advanced first aid and the use of automatic external defibrillators (AED). A first aid kit is kept at the Guest Service Center located in Center Court and the automatic external defibrillators are located in the Security Office and all Security vehicles.

MALL WALKER PROGRAM
Step into fitness with our Mall Walker Program, a great way to get in shape. The "Inside Track" mall walker program is co-sponsored by United General Hospital. United General is at the mall every Monday morning to do blood pressure checks and answer questions our mall walkers may have. Registration forms may be picked up at Guest Services. All mall walkers will receive a T-Shirt from United General once they have signed up and will be eligible to receive prizes for miles tracked.
