Job Description: Support the store manager in the overall performance of the store by maximizing sales potential, developing store associates and controlling expenses and shrinkage.

Job Requirements: Assist the store manager in coordinating store activities in order to achieve store sales plan and profit.  Provide leadership and support to the store associates in order to ensure that all aspects of guest services are being provided.  Effectively merchandise, sign and price store according to company guidelines.  Manage loss prevention techniques in order to reduce shrinkage, train and mentor sales associates, assist manager in completing all sales and inventory paperwork.  All other duties and tasks as assigned by store manager.

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, one to two years of supervisory experience for sales supervisor.  2 year secondary education, 2 years retail experience, one year management experience or training for assistant manager. For an application please come to the store.

Position Description: Non-management position with primary responsibilities for servicing customers and selling merchandise.  This position is also responsible for leading sales floor coverage, maintaining the selling floor in the absence of store management and supporting all aspects of visual presentation and store operations including opening and closing routines.

Job Requirements: Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.  Assists in meeting payroll targets while maintaining appropriate sales floor coverage, performs opening and closing duties in the absence of store manager or co-manager.  Leads selling and service efforts as the customer sales lead during scheduled shift.  Train and motivate associates to improve selling and customer service performances.

Minimum Qualifications: 1 year supervisory experience, ability to effectively communicate with clients, peers and supervisors.  Must be available for varied weekly shifts including weekends, closing and holiday shifts.  Primarily evening and weekend availability needed.
